I have found some relief from calling and talking to my nephew on the phone, he lives in another state with his family but it helps us both to talk and I feel more in touch with reality afterwards. I have heard that doing housework helps also. Watching a favorite movie, treat yourself to some ice cream or a favorite meal. If you have pets, which I don't unfortunately, they are suppost to be very theraputic. Don't let your health deteriorate, take a stress vitamin and use homopatchic medicines for stress relief when you can't sleep, try drinking some milk before going to bed. I hope someone finds this helpful. Remember that there are lots of others going through the same thing.
