Motherless Daughters Community Group
For any daughter who has lost their mother, whether through Death (if it's been one day ago or 40 years ago) or Abandonment, (i.e.-drug abuse, mental illness, physical or emotional abuse, etc.) and is working through the grief process. This group provides unconditional support and understanding from women who have also lost their Moms and who truly care.
With your dad, it was dating someone much younger; with my dad, it's his raging anger. Either way it's so hard to deal with, and I think we have to try really hard to remember that they are grieving too. Honey, please come here to vent whenever you feel the need. We are all here to listen.

Thanks so much for replying although I am sorry to hear the pain your dad caused. I feel like he kicked me when I was down and that I can never forget. My dad knows better than to bring this girl in to our house it would be a war and there would def. be someone hurt physically. That is why he wants to sell the house now so he can go play house with her somewhere else while my 18 yr old brother and I fend for ourselves as orphans as if we lost both parents. I promised my mother I would gather my strength up for my brother and I and I intend to do so to march on. Thanks for listening and I am thinking of you too. Sorry for the pain you are going through too.
