Motherless Daughters Community Group
For any daughter who has lost their mother, whether through Death (if it's been one day ago or 40 years ago) or Abandonment, (i.e.-drug abuse, mental illness, physical or emotional abuse, etc.) and is working through the grief process. This group provides unconditional support and understanding from women who have also lost their Moms and who truly care.
I am so sorry that you went through two deaths. We are all here for you if you ever want to talk. I am here for you. It is best to grieve and not keep it all inside. It will only eat you up and send you into a depression. We all have to go through it but you don't have to go through it on your own. We are all here and we all understand how you feel. My prayers are with you. Hang in there. Kimxxxx
I am so sorry that have suffered the double loss of your Mom and Sister. My heart feels your pain. What you are feeling now is normal since it is coming up to the anniversary. It is like you are reliving this terrible ordeal all over again. What I did as it approached to the 1yr anniversary, I prayed to ask God to help me through it and I had a sense of peace. It was as if my Mom was letting me know how she was now. It helped, plus it helped that my Dad and brother and me spent that day together, talked about things. Maybe you and your nephew can spend sometime together if he is close by. If not then call him that day to check on him. I hope and pray you both get through this difficult time. In my thoughts and prayers.......- Connie
I have, and will continue to pray for peace and understanding for you. You are in my thoughts always.

I have no one to call and tell things too or talk about my children with concern, love, worry, or anger. No one who truly understands, what my children and I have been through without their father to help out and raise them. Then I thought oh... I have a sister and her and I can get through this together... then she passes (36 years old). A few months down the road of 2008... I think hmmmm, I am going to try and find my father and see if her knows where my half brother is ( I had always known of him but never met him) so I meet him over the phone...sometime in April and then we start to get to know one another and then I get a call on June 19th.... my brother died in his sleep (39 years old) I dont know what I am supposed to learn form all of this grief and lonliness...but I hope I learn and never have to be taught this lesson again in my life time....... sorry for rambling.. I guess I just had to say this...
2 Corinthians 5. is comforting. I also read a book "90 minutes in Heaven" by Don Piper. Its a true story and written in every day language. He also has a devotional on all his struggles recovering from a bad car accident where was pronounced dead twice. I recommend reading it. I am here if you need to talk. I will pray for you.God Bless and Comfort you, Joy
