My mom was also my go to person to share things with or vent. I knew I needed something early and she liked bears so I ran to build a bear and make me a bear. its helped early to hold her, to tell her everything i would tell my mom. also writing things down or looking at pics. i talk to her pics. its helps to have a linking object to you mom. something she liked or had. could be clothes, pics, something she liked. her bday is sept so just having blue or sapphire around gave me strength and finally.... I had hope through certain bible verses. I am now telling Jesus everything. If you want, I can share some with you. Like I said, Im 15 months into this. HUGS!!!
There is nothing wrong with crying...cry as much as you need, but my suggestion is keep your life going. Remember, if you're sitting in your room doing nothing, life is still moving by every second. Your mom would have wanted you happy. Be proud you had the courage to let her go...it gives me peace sometimes.
Take care sweetheart...
