Motherless Daughters Community Group

For any daughter who has lost their mother, whether through Death (if it's been one day ago or 40 years ago) or Abandonment, (i.e.-drug abuse, mental illness, physical or emotional abuse, etc.) and is working through the grief process. This group provides unconditional support and understanding from women who have also lost their Moms and who truly care.

Having a sad day....

I have had the year from H***. I lost my Mom on Jan 11 and then my only sister Jan 25th. Than I found my half brother from my Dads side (I never met him while growing up) and then he died on June 19th. My sister and brother both died in their sleep. Sis 36 years old and brother 39 years old. My Mom was all alone with the phone in her hand with a 9 dialed on it. I feel so very alone and cheated ..... I love God with all my heart but why did they all have to go? Why?!?!!?! My daughters child hood friends died on June 13 of Cancer and she was only 22 and had 2 daughters. Today was her birthdya and we put flowers on her grave and I think that is what has triggered this sadness today.....

Oh Raquel...(((BIGTIGHTHUGS)))) You have been through more than most people go through in 10 years in the space of one year. I am so sorry for your pain. Please ramble and know that we are here for you always and care about you! I wish I could say something to make it better, but I know I can't. Just know I am keeping you close to my heart tonight.

Oh my gosh....just when I think I've heard it all. I can't imagine triple loss but I do understand feeling very alone in the world and missing life as we all knew it. I hope you feel better soon. Love, Joy

I'm so sorry. I can't find words to say anything (which, for me, is unusual)...but reading the experiences you've had just left me numb. I hurt for myself - but for you, too. I'm so sorry you've had these losses...so sorry.
