For any daughter who has lost their mother, whether through Death (if it's been one day ago or 40 years ago) or Abandonment, (i.e.-drug abuse, mental illness, physical or emotional abuse, etc.) and is working through the grief process. This group provides unconditional support and understanding from women who have also lost their Moms and who truly care.

I lost my mom almost four years ago. I missed her so much. I really do. I don't know how to explain but I kept on dreaming about her. Not just once or twice. It kept on happening like twice a month since then. In some of my dreams we were happy together, doing things like we used to do. Some are like flashback of how broken I am  when we lost her, in short in my dremas, she's alive and then later on she'll die. It is so painful like kept on crying in my dremas until I can't speak anymore. I always wonder why or what is the meaning of these dreams. I read some articles about it but I still don't have a clue. Just recently, last night to be exact I dream about her again. In my dream, we were both in pain after knowing that my father is having an affair with another woman. These are the scenarios that I kept on dreaming for the last three years. Anyone, please help :(

Im not really sure what your dreams mean but it is very normal to dream of your Mother who has passed because she was one of the people in your life that had the most influence. I lost my Mom and my sister in January 2008, I still have very vivid dreams of them. I miss them both terribly.
January is the hardest month of the year besides the Holidays and birthdays.

My sisters and I had dreams of my mom almost as if she were visiting us. She died of cancer in 2008. The day after she died my sister told me she dreamed that we were sitting on the porch and our mom pulled up with my dad. As she walked to us she was beautiful, like she was before her chemo and we asked her why she was here, that she died. My mom said that since there was too much traffic in Heaven, God said she could stay and visit. I had a dream months later that I was sitting at a diner and my mom sat next to me. No one else at the table could see her. She was just there looking at me and smiling.
