Yes, I do believe that the Lord sends His angels to watch over us. We also have opportunities of helping and we do not know if we are helping an Angel of God or another person (when it is a stranger).
There is a scripture in the Bible that discribes this... I will look it up and then send it to you.

I want so bad to believe in so many things. Find most of it harder now that Mom was taken so fast and young. I would love to believe she is my Angel and is always walking by my side. I miss her so much.

I do believe in angels, I believe my mom is my guardian angle now. I was in a really bad car accident earlier this year. When the two cars collided and i heard the impact i felt a force protect me from being hurt anymore than what i was. She felt like a shield protecting me. I cried so much that day because i could just feel her for those few seconds around me. It was so surreal.

I want to also, like Nat said. Sometimes I think I do when I have certain experiences that seem to be more than coincidence. I want to believe there is an afterlife and the signs I've received are of my mom. I have some doubts that generate fear of death. Not of the pain of dying but of a place of nothingness. I so hope I'm wrong. I go for readings every few months to remind me the possibility exists of afterlife and angels. Just trying to find some peace in my life. Mom's death has me questioning everything. Emotionally devestating. Do those of you who have faith ever question it? Just wanting to know. It seems like people who have faith in God, feel more peace in their soul. Wondering about that if anyone could respond.

I do not doubt at all that there is an afterlife. I believe we all live here on Earth for reason and for Gods purposes and not our own.
We have soul and our bodies die but our souls live on.
I lost both my Mom and only Sister 15 days apart(both unrelated andboth unexpected) in January this year and the only reason I am doing ok, is due to the Lord Jesus giving me Peace and comfort which passes all my own understanding of things. Shortly after my Moma nd Sister died, I had a dream that was so very very real. I believe this dream or vision was from God Himself. How great a God to give me a dream abotu my Mom and Sister being ALIVE and ok. I saw them both in a healthy state and they were across a beautiful,c rystal, sparkling river and I tried to cross the river to be with them and they put thier hands up as if to say STOP it is not your time. They both waved and turned and floated (I MEAN FLOATED) away further into the "other side" of the River.
This drwam gave me knew confidence in Gods plan for me and my life.

I looked up the River Jordan and this is what I found. It is so amazing to me.

This just gave me chills. To think my Mom and Sister passed from (this life which is death) Death unto Life. They are ALIVE, more alive than any of us on earth are alive!!

I personally believe we all have a guardian angel watching over us.

Many years ago I was in a small sportscar with my husband and just as we were entering onto a very busy highway, packed with cars in the middle of rush hour, our car spun out of control and was flung right towards all the on coming traffice. We just kept spinning and spinning until we finally came to an abrupt stop. At that point I was just waiting to be hit from all directions-----but nothing----just total silence. My husband and I looked at each other in shock and awe and then both turned around at the same time to look behind us to see why there was no traffic around us at all. Much to our amazement all the traffic was stopped way behind us, lined up straightly in a row, like some force had just frozen everything. It was something else!!!! To this day, I shake my head in amazement and know angels stopped the traffic and a huge accident was prevented that day.

I very much believe in angels, as I've been taught. There are many kinds. And the Guardian Angels are the ones appointed to us at birth to stay with us for our lifetime. So, I guess isn't my Guardian Angel but would be if she could.

I do. After my mom died, I started an angel collection. Then something else happened that made me a true beleiver. My dad died of suicide 25 years ago., My mom one year one 12/4/08. After both, I kept seeing the number 333 everywhere. I would wake up at three thirty three in the morning. I looked in the bible, anywhere I could find meaning in this. I saw 333 everywherre. After awhile I gave up. After my mom died it started again. At that point I had been reading bout guardian angels. One of the books I picked up said that there are angelic numbers, and that 333 means you have guardian angels, Jesus among them. I finally found my aswer. I aloso read your parents are also our guardian angels.

Pretty amazing stories some of you have to support your beliefs. I have had some things occur that made me believe the possibility exists. It's nice to here others that can add more credence to the idea. Just things like people calling at a time you need. Finding something, an object a message, a feeling a song. Messages all around, if we take the time to look and allow our earthly minds to accept. That's the challenge at least for me, allowing myself to accept what I feel in my heart and soul are divine nature.
