Motherless Daughters Community Group
For any daughter who has lost their mother, whether through Death (if it's been one day ago or 40 years ago) or Abandonment, (i.e.-drug abuse, mental illness, physical or emotional abuse, etc.) and is working through the grief process. This group provides unconditional support and understanding from women who have also lost their Moms and who truly care.
Did the therapist maybe trigger something that really got to you? Sometimes it doesnt even need to be a trigger.
You have lost your mother sweetie - the most precious person in your life.
You will mourn her loss for years to come.
I cam promise you things do get easier, just take one day at a time.
And dont be too hard on yourself!
Lvoe and lots of hugs

Sometimes I think the longer they are dead the worse it gets. I know that isnt right because I manage to function in the day time and I couldnt do that following their passing. Gosh Im not helping much. I think the therapy will be good for you and I know crying is awful but it can help. I know you think you Mum has been gone a long time and you should be over it, but we need a lot more time before we can stop crying
Hang in there
Hugs deb
