My daughter age 30 is on her 2nd DWI, and is taking her punishment in a town 1 and a half hours away. Yes she should be there because besides breaking probation which is in the process of being revoked, she should have not driven drunk once again. She might be 30, but has the mentality of a teenager. Always right, uses people until they can’t be used anymore. When do they learn? Is jail hitting the bottom? We are caring for her child who is almost two. Love him dearly. So far her punishment is 5 months. I’m sure when she gets out, she will serve time in our county where it was revoked. Do I feel sorry for her? I do and I don’t. How many times do you tell somebody it has to stop. Am I wrong?
