Hello my name is Jessica
I am a 5'10" 247lb 29 year old. This is the first time ever writing that down or maybe even coming to realization that I have let myself get to that point. I am reaching out for the first time for support ... help ... anything really to loose the weight. My husband is a fit man that can eat whatever he wants and turns into muscle. He try's to be supportive but doesn't understand my struggle. I get it in my head I want to loose weight do it for about 3 days and then quit. And say oh there is always Monday or there is always next week to start again. I am to the point were I am disgusted to look in the mirror, the way I feel about myself is hurting my relationship I need help knowing where to start my journey. If someone out there is willing to be there for me I would very much appreciate it.
Thank you for your honesty. I am actually in a very similar boat. I am 29, 5'8, and 256. I am so scared for my health and heart, but fall into the same routine of starting and slipping. I wish I could be more help in how to start ( I need that too!), but, know you are not alone. I am always here if you need a cheerleader or for support! We CAN do this- we have to.
