If you want to talk about things without being judged or pressured by skinny people telling us how to lose weight, then you will be welcome here. I have had a horrible weekend when it comes to eating. It's like everything that I worked hard on last week went down the drain. and I haven't even gotten my exercise in today yet. I'm gonna go do it after I post this, but I just need some of you to kick me in the butt for this weekend.

By the way, I love you all!!!!

Oh yeah, I guess I should say what I did so badly. I ate half a pizza when I got home from work on Friday, I did ok for the first part of Saturday, but then I went to a wedding reception and shared a bottle of champaign with my cousin and had some wine and some other mixed drink that someone at the party mixed for me. I think they intended to get me drunk. I don't count calories, but if I did, that probably would have been my entire calorie limit for the weekend. Hehe! at least I can laugh about it, but I'm also a little disappointed in myself. I guess I just need to get back up and keep going.

yeah i think they are right you already kicked yourself in the butt. i had a bad weekend too. fried foods and fatty foods not good. plus i havent done any exercising in 3 days BAD GIRL! lol....

you can do it hun just pick yourself up and keep moving on you're doing such a great job!!

Never look back and worry about what's already done and over with. So, you went to a wedding and partied! Ok, it's done, you know what you need to do now. Just pick back up and get going!!! Don't beat yourself up over what's already done. Move forward and put it behind you! I read your post about joining WW, that's a positive move. We all have our bad moments when we eat or drink things we know we shouldn't. Sometimes we binge because something has upset us. When this happens look back once and say, "ok I did this, and I know I probably shouldn't have, but it's done and over with and behind me". "Now it's time to look forward and get back into my routine". You can do this, most of all remember DON'T LOOK BACK!!!!
