I know how you feel. Your description might as well have been mine. The heavy bleeding, the clumps. As I saw them come out I got a horrible feeling over me...and I screamed I think. Tried to block it out for years.
You see, my baby was a product of rape. But I still love that baby whom I never saw. I would have let it live. It would be turning four years old this next month.
This year is the first time I've actually faced my miscarriage headon. Let myself grieve my baby. I thought I'd get over it.
But a friend of mine said you just never do. You cry, remember, dream a lityle, cry some more, and remember that the baby is in Heaven with Jesus.
After my miscarriage my very slender figure couldn't get rid of the baby fat, although I'd only carried the baby at most a month. My breasts put on 2 cup sizes and changed to the typical mother's banana shape. They're now 3 1/2 sizes bigger than back then.
I know how it feels. I've been there. Let yourself grieve.
I still need to get to the point I can do something in memorial. So you're doing good.
I started teaching a 3 year old class at daycare. It has helped tremendously.
