This is my first time posting to a group, much less creating one, but I can't find a group for  MCD(unless it is the kids version). I have adult on-set MCD.  I was diagnosed 4 months ago. I have been on Prednisone for almost 4 months. I started with a dose of 80 mg. I have tapered down to 20 mg. I will be on it for at least 2 more months.  It has been a rough road. I have moon face and horrible heartburn, mood swings, insomnia, night sweats and more. I have also developed high blood pressure and lower back pain.  It has been a bundle of fun. I scanned the Internet to find info about my disease and to find others with it to see what to expect. I found a lot about the kid version, but had a hard time finding too much about the adult version. I have a lot of questions and hope someone will find this page and we can compare notes.
