Do you remember those "spoon" straws? They were hard clear plastic and a little scoop or spoon on one end.

They came with SLURPEES from 7-11 (back when they were only open from 7 to 11 not 24/7 like they are now). I actually found one in a returned rental car the other day. I put it aside. I'm keeping it (it's still in it's sealed plastic wrapper).

The straws I'm talking about didn't come with a drink and were reusable. My mom bought them at a five and dime store in a pack of four. The spoons were different colors, red, blue, green. and yellow.

Those are similar, but the old ones had a hard, clear straw and narrow, hard spoon.
