my pain management dr suggested i try a pain pump. i been reading info on it. he told me you can't have mri with it, and when flying /you have do have a card on you. can anyone tell me what happens if you have surgery and the dr rx meds for you while you are on the pump? i ,unfortunate. have many surgeries. 4 last yr, 2 are this yr so far. any pros and cons. I'm on a fentanyl patch. my dr wants something more permanent. thank you.
