Medicaid is the US health insurance program for individuals and families with low incomes and resources. It is jointly funded by the states and federal government, and is managed by the states.
I am in North Carolina and I was recently told that now we have a limit on the # of times we can be see by any doctor or combo of drs and that the total is 20 for the whole year. Anyone hear about this as well. I know diffrent states have diffrent issues, so was just wondering.
I have medicare ( AARP ) & medicaid.So far this yr I haven't met my deductable on either.

I'm trying to get life insurance w AARP.Opps I called them & sales rep haven't stopped calling.
I tried to find out rate for long term & if I would be intitled to low rate being that I have AARP.
AARP insist that I get a 25 yr policy. I want to prevent my family any remote possibilty of hardship on my behalf when I die.
averg life spandd in my family being 80 to 103 yrs.

I think they already did raise taxes on cigs...dunno about it assisting medicaid/medicare or not.
If they do try to go to a system like Canada I'm gonna be totally screwed, I know that much. GP,derm,surgeon,disease specialist,and two other specialist..I would have to go to like each one every other month to keep from going over the limit. I belive ER visits are still unlimited though, which would help me some, but not nearly enough.
I'm not old enough to qualify for medicare or stuff like AARP, so I'm stuck with good 'ole medicaid.

An yeah, calling any insurance company usually results in them worrying the piss outta ya for weeks to months on end, it's a bad time finacially all around and buisnesses are going to hound whomever they can to try to make a $. Some figure if they hound you enough you'll break and give in and buy their product/service.
I'm lucky though, in a twisted weird way. No insurance company wants to touch me with a 10 foot electrified cattle prod because of my pre-existings...so when they started worrying me to death, I just gave them the run down on my stuff....and they booked up so fast it made my head spin...lol
And as far as Odumbo...oh don't get me started on him. I could care less what color he is, or where he is from or who/where his parents are from. His policies suck, he has no real experience (IMO) he has no backbone(whassup with bowing to a foreign leader?, honoring them my *ss!), my 10 yr old son could do a better job. He could be purple with pink polka dots for all I care.
