My medicaid was canceled as of Aprril 30 I found out and now I have nothing,no coverage for my meds what do I do? Is there a way to apeal this or do something about it?

You should be able to appeal it. You need to find out if you were due to be re-certified. If so you may need to redo your application, and Medicaid usually goes back 3 months (most states, not sure about yours) and will cover any dr. visits you had while your medicaid was out.

In the meantime you could call your local Social Services and see if they, or some place they know of, has a prescription program to help you with your medications. This is what I am having to do to help my mother in law with her heart meds and breathing meds until her disability kicks in.
