First Ultrasound!

I am 6w3d today and had my first ultrasound. I was so nervous and excited. Everything measured well and I got to see the heartbeat. It was beautiful and strong. Feeling so relieved and happy. 


I've been feeling really nauseous and having a hard time eating so my RE gave me some medicine that will hopefully help. Gaining weight is hard for me so I'm a little nervous.

That is such great news! A heart beat is SUCH a relief! Congratulations!
I am 7w4d and I am so nauseous! And its all day, not just the morning! I started throwing up at 6w2d. I am trying to remember that it is a good sign of hormone levels.
I took diclegis with my first pregnancy and it worked miracles for me. Hopefully when you get to a regular OB at 8 weeks they will be more willing to give you some meds.
I see my RE for an ultrasound tomorrow, and if all goes well I see a regular OB for my first appointment on Friday!!

I am so happy for you! I have been looking for this post!! Nausea is good, though I agree annoying. I am in the same boat. But-- The more symptoms the better I have always heard! So so so happy for you!!!

Mrsmooney so glad to hear diclegis worked for you. That is what my RE gave me. I take my first tonight so looking forward to morning relief.

Woohoo!! So glad to hear such good report ladies!! Keep it up and just remember as annoying and uncomfortable as it is right now, it's only temporary!
