That awful 30 mm cyst resolved after 2 months. I found out last weekend at my baseline ultrasound. I had 10 antral follicles. And my estrogen levels were normal. So they told me to start stimming. 100 mg of clomid, 150 iu Menopur until further notice. Went in for my next ultrasound and the view was wonky. Nurse couldn't see much happening in my right ovary (where the big cyst used to be). Only 2 tiny follies there. On the left, there are 2 large ones, 2 medium, 1 tiny one. She said there could be more but we must wait 2 days and check again. I am thankful but was really hoping for more follies given my AFC was 10 this time. Also, I honestly couldn't see anything but a large black hole in the ultrasound screen, so not sure if there is risk of nurse error on the counts? I mean, in that black hole, there could be 3 more follies hiding! Ugh, sorry, but the clomid is making me feel bitchy! Lol
