Went up to 285...still very low but it more than quadrupled. So I'm really trying to believe them when they tell me it's good. Supposed to go back on Friday for another beta, but with hurricane Irma coming, I'm not really sure whats going to happen. I am in the first evacuation zone so if the storm decides to come up the West coast of Florida, I will most likely have a mandatory evacuation order. I live one house off the water of Tampa Bay so have to worry about the storm surge (flooding). Will hopefully know more about the storm on Thursday.
That is Great news!!! I think you just had a late implanter!! Praying for you with the storm. My family is on gulf coast so are on high alert too! Stay safe and keep us posted!!
I am SO glad to hear that things are going well!! It is staying positive thus far, I hope things keep going great!
We are also watching the storm... I may leave Saturday just in case... depending on the track it takes. Life is crazy!
Yay for the beta! Boo for the storm- I am sure you don't need anymore stress right now! I hope you get to make it in for another blood test soon. I'll be thinking about you and your family:)
That is great news! I am just starting this journey too and I live in Tampa, so when I saw your post I thought this would be great to connect with you. I am 36 and have very low AMH and just had the ultrasound today to check Antral Follicle Count...judging by the U/S tech and the comments I saw her write in, I think it is very low. So, I am sad. I just don't understand why this is all happening, but we desperately want a baby so I am seeking advice and support from all in this community. My doctor wanted to go ahead and try the clomid route because I really did not want to do IVF right away, but now I am not sure if that is the right decision. I could've started the clomid today, but did not because I am just scared with this storm and if I feel sick, etc....just maybe not the right month. I am praying for you and for all the women on here...I hope for the outcome of pregnancy for all. Any words of advice you have for me would be wonderful...I am feeling so lost and hopeless right now. I know this is just the beginning, but with my age and low egg reserve, I feel so lost. I did start my thyroid medication and am already feeling better (thyroid levels were off as well), so that is positive. Sorry...I am all over the place with my post, just feeling so emotional and don't know where to turn besides here. :( I pray your next tests get done even with the storm coming. Stay safe! Thanks for reading my rambling :)
Thanks ladies! Ssjenkins, thats awesome you live in Tampa. I'm actually in Oldsmar and yesterday we were given mandatory evacuation orders. So I got (luckily) a flight out to see family in Chicago. The beginning of my infertility journey was stressful too and 5 years in, it's just as stressful :) I also started with clomid, we did 3 cycles with it and then were referred to a fertility clinic. After the storm, when the stress level is down a little bit, you can take the time to think and really make the decision that's right for you. We are always here to support ya!
