bad news. At my baseline ultrasound yesterday, the nurse found a large cyst. But 7 good follicles. They checked my estrogen and it's a bit abnormal. Given this, the docs decided to put me on BC for 2 weeks, then start the originally planned stims. Never had this happen before (in my 4 prior medicated cycles). I need this cyst to go away! Not sure what happens next...probably another ultrasound and blood test before stim. This time they gave me the lowest dose BC, because the last one they gave me made me go crazy, sick and I gained about 10 lbs. So far, no side effects on this pill except for slight nausea that went away already.
