so I'm a religious counselor for youths at a camp and always am the one to give religious advice. I pray every night and love God but I also love masturbating. I've been doing it since I was very little and have never had sex let alone kiss anyone and I feel like masturbating is just a normal thing. Is that weird? Am I crazy or what's wrong with me?

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

There's a lot of theory out there, when it comes to masturbation, Whether it's good or bad. The last I read on it said, masturbation is like abusing Your body "According to the bible",
But, since Your a Youth minister, then You work for God, and You spread his good word, And god Never get's tired of forgiving us, and he know's Your sorry, I think he know's who believes and who doesn't. We are all sinner's, And that's why Jesus was sent.........to die for our sin's. Even the thief (who was a sinner, never went to church) was promised salvation.
So, it's ok,, I also Think that, the people that are alone in this world,
Need that sexual stimulation, so, nothing is wrong with You.

It seems to me you are not crazy or weird and there is nothing wrong with what you do.
I would encourage you the next time you think about it (since you are a person of faith) to take a moment to be grateful that such a wonderful and profoundly beautiful experience is possible for us all in one form or another. It (the ability to masturbate and orgasm) was clearly built into the natural processes which created you. The effect might often be associated with so many other things, but the cause is always the same (you and your own touch.) I know that there will always be people who feel that masturbating is somehow wrong, as if somehow other people's private behavior somehow messes up the proper balance of the Universe. It doesn't. What it does do is leave you a lot less stressed, a little more positive about yourself and the world around you and makes you a whole lot less likely to frown.
