So I discovered my body at a young age and you know it feels really good, but I come from a religious family and am religious myself but I really can't seem to control lust. It's really bad because after I masturbate all the guilt hits and I'm depressed for a while. It's like I'm a junky or something with my highs and long lows. But yeah after every time I promise my self not to do it again but I end up doing it anyway. And I don't know but I can't seem to stop. I recognize this is very self destructive behavior because I know that something is causing me harm mentally but I still choose to do it. I know I won't get better until I make a committment or something but I just wanted to get this off my chest for now.
