Hi. I've struggled with this for a long time; seems as I get older, my urges actually gets stronger; and although happily married, I worry I'll end up doing something stupid.

I can't say that as I have become older my arousal has become stronger but it is still there. I do not see anything to worry about. I have enjoyed masturbating since I was 13 and still do.
