Maybe anytime was a stretch buts definitely something that I find I can fit into almost any situation. Some more successfully than others but I’ve rarely ( like you) had a problem with finding willing participants

When I was young, I masturbated most days, sometimes more than once, but usually once was usually enough to allow me to turn my mind to other things - like work. I was usually solo but I have taken opportunities to share experiences with others, in swimming pool dressing rooms, showers, a nudist beach close to where I used to live. Often, when out for a walk in the countryside, I just couldn't help stripping off and pleasing myself. I find it an exciting experience to have other hands working on me, and I hope, returning the favour, but that it not always possible when wanted. Also, I guess that we all have our own preferences for just what stimulates us most, and a stranger is not likely to know exactly what to do.
