Welcome progressives! We can celebrate the beginning of the end of the prohibition of marijuana. Washington and Colorado are leaders in this movement and now we are free from prosecution in these states. I grew up in Indiana but now live in Washington where it is legal. This group is for everyone. People that smoke, people that don't. People that disagree, people...
It does for me. I have always been a very hyper person. Who self medicated with weed. My therapist even thinks it is amazing that weed stabilizes my moods so well I refuse to take psyche meds, except for xanax.

The only harsh to my mellow is that it is still illegal here in Indiana. I was fortunate enough to live in SF, when Prop 215 passed back in 1996. I was able to go to the MM place for two years, and because of that, I needed no other meds. I had 13 surgeries during the 90's, and because of weed, I was able to quickly wean off the opiates, after leaving the hospital

You know why are doctors so surprised all the time that this stuff does work for some people. Everyone's chemistry is completely different. We are all unique beings with unique thoughts and experiences and emotions....natural alternatives work because they are natural. It seems that simple. I'm not scientist but neither are shrinks because again they give you no blood test for anxiety you just tell them you have it and they go ok. or some give it to you to later not give it to you because now that you are addicted they want you to stop cold turkey for something they started in the first place.
That's why i said 'SCREW IT' ...i'm gonna use the thing i used in college i didn't need insurance for it. it is not hacked with in some lab and the indians smoked it. the white man is weird.
Speak up in Indiana no matter how much shit you get from those who are not educated and refuse to believe the people who use it not the media and feds who have stigmatized it for politcal gain in the 30's Thanks Harry J Anslinger.. jerk. Now i bet your rolling over in your grave. If only that guy would have lit up at a party none of us would be talking about legalizing pot now. geez.
