There it is. So exercise this morning. Too cold to walk outdoors and I have no excuse...I have numerous exercise tapes and DVDs to workout with at home.
Having two more adult in the house I find myself cooking more and serving foods I don't normally prepare. And of course, eating them.
Am back on track however.
Went on vacation and to visit my daughter. Home - didn't gain and didn't lose.
I was getting off key and not practicing those things that help me stay sane and balances, ie my food and daily activities. I decided to firm up my program (no pun intended) and be more focused on my daily practices. I've make a promise to myself to: read daily meditations, email friends, call program friends, and watch what I eat and yes, overeat and WHY. I also decided to follow a practice a friend of mine is doing in November and that is to post her daily gratitude. The big thing I must remember is that the programs I use are ONE DAY AT A TIME.
I know what I have to do this week before weigh in next Tuesday.
At TOPS this past week I recorded a one pound loss that takes me to below goal.
That can be very good or a psychological rationalization that I can eat "a little bit more than usual."
Not a very good plan.
Also I must remember this is a ONE DAY AT A TIME PROCESS.
Stay well.
