Are there any studies or reports of people with lynch syndrome who never develop cancer? I am sure that there is a pretty good percentage that don't but I am wondering if these numbers have ever been reported?

This is something you should discuss with your genetic counselor, but here's a short answer. If they say X % of people will get cancer, that means the other X % don't. For my genetic mutation (MSH2), they say as many 82% of people will get colon cancer by age 70, and 63% of the women will get uterine cancer. That obviously means 18% and 37% won't. This is based on a compilation of different studies. You can reduce that risk with screening and prophylactic surgery. Lynch Syndrome International is an excellent resource.
