Hello my name is K. I cant stop lying. I started when I was in about 3rd grade and have been doing it ever since. Whether it is to get out of school assignments or confrontation with my husband, I found it easier to lie. I need to stop, otherwise I will loose my family. It has gotten so bad, that I feel empty and not sure how to fix it.
