Hi there, I am a new member hoping to get rid of this low self esteem but I don't know how to go about it and can't afford a therapist so I thought I would try this out!

First off...your hair? Freaking AWESOME! pink and black hair is just epicly awesome! As for tips on boosting self esteem how about u make a list of good qualities about urself. Write down one everday and be sure to look it over.

I have to agree, your hair is awesome. Love it!

I suffer from extremely low self esteem also. It interfere with everything in my life. I have been to therapy and didn't have much success with it. I can't get past all the negative self talk I do.
