4-Aminopyridine (4-AP) potassium blocker reduce ataxia
Note this does not regrow myelin but just like a car needs lines that don't leak (working myelin) it also needs fluids to go through the lines (sodium, potassium, calcium, Neurotransmitters). The potassium blocker works on the nerve signaling. To be honest my hubby tried this and it worked a little better than provigil but not enough to keep using it. We gave him extra potassium (bananas, and a supplement) and he seemed to have better luck. If you do this please do so with testing from a doc. You need potassium and calcium for your HEART to beat so it is not to be taken lightly.

Baclofen (brand names Kemstro and Lioresal) is a derivative of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). reduce spasticity help a little with fatigue

very comprehensive list ep, thanks much for putting this all together. I don't know how up-to-date the web site http://www.mult-sclerosis.org/mstre... is, so I prefer to use your listing.

There are many meds out here being used for pain reduction they include: Opana, Darvocet, Exalgo, Neurotin, tramadol or Oxycodone (percocet).

If you have Terminal Neuralgia (TN) pain it can get pretty bad. If you can't find any meds to help, then they can block the nerve or cut it to get rid of the pain for good. However, this is a last option as it leaves you unable to feel parts of your face.
