Escape from Intimacy: by Anne Wilson Schaef

This deals with different types of love addiction: Relationship, Sex and Romance Addiction. I HIGHLY recommend it.

I just bought: Addiction To Love - Overcoming Obsession and Dependency in Relationships. It is written by Susan Peabody. I haven't read it yet so I can't give an opinion. Has anyone read it?

I think OKNOW that 'Addiction to Love' is what I'm reading - I really think it's great. I thought it was by Pia Melody, but you are probably right.

Pia Melody is the best in this catagory....You can also get the SLAA big book...thats a great read as well!!

Robin Norway's book 'Women who love too much' is a classic. Yes it does address love addiction as a woman's issue rather than an obsession that effects us all, however, to my knowledge her book was the first written on the subject

Is it love or is it Addiction by Brenda Schaeffer picked it up at half price for $8 good reading almost finished it in one night
