I just wanted to post this on here just incase it works for anyone else.

When i first came onto the new site despite not changing my password in years and being able to log on the day previous (on the old site) the site wouldn't let me log in saying that my email wasn't recognised. What i had to do to get my own account is as follows:

use the reclaim feature (intended for when you no longer have access to the email address afiliated with ds) and use an alternative email address

then use the password reset (forgotten password) feature

I was then able to log onto my original account. I don't know if this will work for anyone else but i thought it might be worth giving it a try seeing as it worked for me it might work for you guys too. If anyone tries it please let me know if it works
