Depression and Loneliness

Does one lead to the other? I think so, but it's hard for me because I suffer depression in the first place which leads to isolation and then it's a circle that seems impossible to break. I hope finding the right meds some day will help me become more social. It's not fun for me to be around people, and I so wish it was....

I do not know the answer to this...does one lead to the other? perhaps....worth thinking over is how can I break the depression? I found that by getting out and going as a volunteer I broke my depression, I worked in a radio station as volunteer...it gave me great self worth that I think I still have today....so if you know what you do enjoy...mine was music and know where it comes from mine was radio....go for it...give it a whirl...radio was public radio which uses volunteer army of people to keep the costs down....then I ended up within missionary radio station....so I got a good dose of Giving to GOD too....hugs bill

I am taking anti depressant meds....seasonal affective stuff is holding off pretty well right now....it could get worse or I could go thru winter without any real distressing depression....I just hope I do not go thru winter alone....
