hello everyone...i have NF2...i have chronic back and neck pain in addition to this "new" hip pain...im on gabapentin 3x a day morphine 3x a day and hydro once or twice a day for breakthrough pain...on top of this, i suffer from excruciating neuropathic pain in the wee hours of the morning, daily lately...there's nothing i can do about this since im already on the medications that relieve this debilitating pain...i had xrays of my hips and lower back, awhile back...they came out normal...now i have my MRI scheduled for monday at 9am im a little scared...if the tumors that are in my back and spine havent grown or changed in any way ,then we'll just monitor them every 6 months...if changes are noticed, im not sure what is going to happen, they are inoperable due to the fact they are intertwined into my nerves....so with that said, im terrified..what will be my options? i dont even want to think about it...i see my micro neurosurgeon on the 15th, so we'll see then
