I've recently lost my memory which is a good thing after what happened to me, it's like haveing a holiday from your life as my boyfriend says :) but the thing is I'm remembering in my dreams which is bad it's like been abused all over again I'm trying to forget about it in my waking life as I've already been through this and was just starting to move on. My boyfriend said the best thing is to do is just try to forget about the dreams as I've already delay with these dreams. I totally agree with him and I'm forgetting about my dreams and it seems to be working :)

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

After going through a trauma like you have, you need to deal with it. It won't be easy and you need to be in the presence of a supportive friend or therapist who can help you through it.
If you continue to suppress the memories, they will eventually come out in ways which will be harmful to you such as an addiction to drugs or alcohol or food or something else. As humans it's natural to want to numb the pain so we won't have to feel it but it's the pain which helps us to grow emotionally! Reliving the trauma in your mind, however painful, will help you let it go and remove the pain of it from your mind, forever!
It doesn't have to be with your boyfriend, or with me, but with someone you can trust.
God Bless!
