Liars Anonymous Community Group
A support group to provide those with a compulsive addiction to lie a place to share hope, strength and courage with others like them; solve our common problem and help others with a compulsion to lie. We aren't alone!
I got lucky and found one that was both. I was specifically looking for a psychologist who could help me from a clinically trained level and was referred to one that was also a Christian. It has been a wonderful combination (his formal education in psychology and his religious beliefs). We discuss things that are going on in my life from both angles.
When shopping around for a professional to see, it would not be out of place to ask them their religious affiliation. If they don't match yours or don't want to answer, just move on to the next.
I'll keep everyone in the "loop" and post back with my choice! :)
Also, I live in walnut creek. Let me know if you need someone to talk to after your beloved leaves.

Hope that helps.....
I'm starting therapy in September. It's a weird feeling because I have to get over that feeling of 'feeling judged' from the therapist, which is a root cause of my lying, feeling judged.
