I haven't been working on this for very long. But the thing that seems to have made the biggest difference so far is just trying to be aware and mindful of my lying. I think most of my lying is so automatic. So I'm trying to pay attention to my body and breathing in moments where I usually feel the urge to lie. I've been studying mindfulness for a couple of years in order to deal with anxiety, and that's what gave me the idea. I've been noticing how stressed I get in situations at work, and that's when I lie. I think I didn't even notice it before.

I'm still slipping up a lot of times, to be honest. But just realizing that has slowed down some moments and helped me catch my lies and avoid them a few times.
