I'm new to admitting that I have an issue. I lie to my girlfriend about small things, bullshit really.. And honestly. I'm to the point where I am disgusted with myself. I hate who I am to her. She is the best woman I have ever met. Why must I white lie? I literally have no reason. Help. I need help.
I know that this is tough, but you also need to involve your girlfriend in this process. You'd be amazed at the love and support that you can receive. By telling her you were opening up and sharing and letting her know that she is important enough to you to change .
