If she says no because she's afraid of what she might hear, that's fine. write down everything you've said or done in a journal. Anything you feel you need to confess about to someone so they hear it from you and not someone else... do so as soon as you can. Trust me, its not the easiest thing, but a lot of the lies you tell... they might already know about some of them.
Just take a deep breath and relax yourself as you tell them. Practice if you need to. Let someone who's not involved in any of this in on what's happening. Whether it be a close friend, a family member, whoever. Just have them try and help you and help keep you honest. That's all you can really ask for. And who knows, maybe your girlfriend will like that you've told the truth about everything and reconsider. Just don't leave anything out, and really try and be genuine.
Ask for her forgiveness. She may not want to hear some of the things you have to say and admit, but she might be happy and see that you really are trying to fix what you did and that will make her proud of you. Just... no more lies. If you lie, correct yourself and move on. Try and start with a clean slate. You've got this!
