My name is Cindy I am a habitual liar. I continually lie to make myself look better than I am and I don't know why. Because of the lying I am loosing my husband of 20 years. When I lie to him it makes him feel like he is less of a person and that I do not treat him as an equal. When I lie to him it also make him feel like I don't trust him. When I tell the stories of things that happened in the past I leave out very important information that changes the story and that change will negatively impact me. I am so lost I need help! Does anyone have anything they are doing to help they would like to share? I don't want to lose my husband. I don't want to be like this! I am very ashamed of all the lying and deceitfulness. I have hurt my husband so badly that I may never be able to make amends.
