For me my deeper reason started when I was younger my Favorite cousin in the world. The one person I looked up to, whataed to be just like, my idol. Was killed in a head on collision accident going to work the day I was supposed to go spend the night over her house.
It DESTROYED ME on the inside and I didn't know how to handle it I didn't have anyone to really talk to so I started suppressing my feelings about being Terrified of death and people I care about the most dying and leaving me.
So I start putting up a wall and hiding myself from others to really get close to me because I wanted to never feel that hurt again. So day after day I would hide how I really felt or what I liked or wanted to do or what I thought so others could be happy. Then I got a dog named Mr. Larry he was my best friend he was always with me when I was alone. Long story short I have Larry for 10 years then he died and with my already suppressed feeling about people leaving and death I lost it I didn't know what to do with my self my boyfrind at the time didn't know how to help not did his family or my mom and my dad helped but I could talk to him a lot because or work. So now I'm holding more things in.
I lied to any and everyone and tried to be the perfect person for everyone for so long I just turned 24 and I just realized I like to read.
So basically you have to dig deep and confront that and you will cry because it's deep.
