Hi there.

My name is steve and I lie about everything . I am at the point of loosing everything i have hurt the woman of my dreams my rock so many times that she has got to the breaking point on Wednesday she said it is over, i need help to change,I am the boy who cried wolf his name is Steve. im not asking for sympathy just help to get on the right track. can it be done, ive no idea how to do this i just know that i must.

Have you ever tried a Word fast? Try taking a few days to not talk, no typing or texting. Of course you may have an employment situation where this isn't possible but maybe its worth taking a break if you can.

I think when you limit your communication this way, getting more honest should be easier.
