Ask him why he lies. Is he afraid of hurting you with the truth? Is he hiding something? Does he realize he is lying? Don't be upset if he doesn't know how or why he lies, many people don't. Go slow, and try to understand what he's thinking. I know you probably feel very taken advantage of and manipulated, but if you work with him and find the reasoning behind his lies and help him through it, things will get better.

He has to want to stop. He has to realize that it's a real problem. It's not easy to admit it to yourself but, when you do, things can change. Sit him down, tell him it's hurting you. If he cares, he will listen eventually.

Am trying to do my best... i have not confronted him... even i question ... if he has no escape... he creates a story... and i knw its lie... coz he leaves evidence which is obvious... hes 41 how can he lie like this... does anybody lie to their loved ones ... my question is... it makes me wonder if he loves me... if he loves me i will stand by him... but because of his lie... am not sure of anything anymore
