Liars Anonymous Community Group
A support group to provide those with a compulsive addiction to lie a place to share hope, strength and courage with others like them; solve our common problem and help others with a compulsion to lie. We aren't alone!
If you're prepared to acknowledge your situation and take steps to try and do something about it, as long as you're prepared to read, or listen to youtube video's there are many resources within this group which can assist you in overcoming this addictive habit. Look at the Changing myself thread (very resourceful). There is one great link in that thread to where you can learn to adapt your brain's thinking from protective mode to learning mode.

Another great resource is sfhelp.org which assists with ridding yourself of any neglect, abuse, etc that you might have endured growing up which may have lead you to become the liar that you are at the moment. It then assists you in better communicating and nurturing your children so that they don't follow in the same footsteps and don't learn the same bad habits that we present. (There are a lot of video's to listen too. I am still on lesson 1)
Good luck, you can do this as long as you are prepared to put the effort in.
