Do log in every day. It is a great thing and one of my daily list items. We are lucky to have the technology we have, such that we can get to the website via the computer or the phone. It will help keep you grounded, help you remember the problems lying can cause, and see that there are others with similar problems and give you ideas that they have used in the process of fixing our stuff.

Thanks Gwilly. I have neglected this because I do have a problem with lying and I have not been addressing it enough. Me and my wife had a fight yesterday after the lie that I told her and I had the courage to tell her why I lied because before I would say I wouldn't do it again but I would never tell her why I lie and I told her why I lie and that allowed me to have better healing.

Day 2. Lied, but immediately fixed it by admitting my fault. I usually hide the fact for a few days. I immediately told my wife sorry for lying. We had a good conversation after. Progress, not perfection

No lies today. Not counting days. Just logging and tracking

The service at my church today really spoke to me. I confessed my sin of lying to my men's group yesterday, and I heard the same message of salvation and acknowledging my Lying as sin, not a weakness. I had a good talk with my wife and I have her support forever. I also have this group and my other group as a way to keep short accounts. Thank you all for looking at my post

Good morning! Not counting the days as I have lost track. No lies yesterday. Wife is at work today and I have the morning to myself until work tonight :-)

Great day. Good walk church was amazing. And now relaxing the rest of the day. No lies

Good day at work. Finished my walk and just relaxing now. Yoga tonight after Bible study

Didn't work today. Walked, did my yoga and had my lunch. Although, I avoided the call for Work on Cheam. That place gave me so many bad memories from one person that almost cost me my job. So, I felt bad turning it down but didn't want to go through that experience again.

Through this amazing experience all day today call the set free Retreat. It is a program designed to be set free of your scent I have not confessed lying as mice in enough and today I allowed my sin to be confessed and I nailed it to the cross and washed away by the blood of Jesus. It started yesterday and it continued all day today but it was such an experience just to put it on my list of sins and just to nail it to the cross and that I bear it no more but that doesn't mean I still won't check-in I will still check into the site no lies today.
