Like you just can't get quite centered again?
Ever feel like it's a little harder each time to regroup?

Then I come over here and wade through..god knows what is all over this floor..
Lock the basement door from the outside ( is that SO hard to remember, Seekret?)
...and tell all my troubles to Wanda. ( who..incidently..is a great listener..and rarely repeats what she's told).

Hero , wish things would get better for you, Hon Don't despair there is hope. I was dang close to loading the shot gun a year or so ago and now i am doing so much better . I hope things turn around for you and everyone
Oh Deb i love that mind of yours, Love to watch you work out with those shaking barbells especialy the triceps forearm exercise. Ya know the one that you hold the dumbbell in both hands, arms raised out in front and you shake the dumbbell in and out toward your face? I like that one ! Of course i would never do that one. I just clean and jerk! lol That's lifting barbell from floor and raising it over your head.
Speaking of Shake I went to my nephews wedding this last weekend and danced for the first time in 4 years oh boy was i sore the next 2 days! Really need to do more dancing.lol
