if you have a body part that benefits from heat(if?) application......and you also have one of those neoprene belt thingy's that makes you slim for the prom..........try this here. wrap the neoprene clear around the bad spot......then put a heating pad against it.
not only does the heat pad getya where ya need...the black neoprene..beein a good heat conductor(i know big words..........probly wrong)......will take the heat from the applied site and spread it all the way around........good heavy heat too........although a bit schweatty.
works for me anyhow.

I don't have one of those 'thingy's' :) I pile on the overs on top of an electric blanket that is turned on high. I can lay under all this heat for 2 to 3 hours before I finally get warm and my pain eases. Ridiculous. I may have to look into one of those .thingy's' :)

So sorry you didn't get asked to the prom:(.

i get the feelin you ladies somehow don't believe "thingys" is the proper medical term.
well....i'll have you know i used my thinker deal and the wiggley bits at the ends of my arms and checked it on-line.
"thingy" IS INDEED..............................not the medical term.
i will use the flappythings in front of my teeth and the slappything behind em to ask somebody what it is.
if i hear anything through that gristle on the sides of my noggin i will report back with the real and true name.

Isn't it called a 'belt'? No 'thingy's' required! A neoprene belt....I found some called just that online:-)
Though I'm a fan of both 'thingy's', 'whatchamacallit's' and 'thingamabob's'....sometimes called 'thingamajig's'. All very useful.
