I bought two digital coverter boxes and gave up after about an hour trying to get it to work with my tv set. It finally said weak signal on the screen.

yeah i bought my converter box about a month ago and now i have to buy a new antenna because not all channels come in and they say weak signal!!!!!

I have to work up the ambition to try again. I talked to a guy in Radioshack and told him I just get "weak signal" on the tv and he asked if I wanted to buy a new antenna. I told him I wanted to know if I could use my old rabbit ears antenna, he told me to look in the manual and call customer service, that maybe digital wasn't available in my area, I live a block away from the store!

Not got digital in our area yet but once we do,it will still be shit on T.V. lol!

nope, netflix is free on my computer, 3 discs at a time $16.00 per month, x box for streaming movies on the internet for free, very economical, got the 36" widescreen tv, very nice, plus more free dvd's, and cd's to rent from 3 different liberaries i go to. It works for me&cable is way overrated today.
