Youve come to the right place! im sorry to hear about the agoraphobia, that must be SO TOUGH to deal with, especially since our minds can be our own worst enemy. it makes sense you have no motivation to go anywhere if you suffer from agoraphobia! the way i would suggest to help, is to invite a close family or friend over to your house, or wherever your "safe zone" is. if thats in your garage, back yard, room, bathroom, wherever! that way you are comfortable knowing you are in a safe place, where you will not have a panic attack or anxiety because you are in a place you can control. anxiety can be really scary, especially when we fear it. it really does take control of our lives. have faith in yourself that YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL PERSON, and whoever you invite loves you, and has absolutely no negative or judgementle view of you. that way by inviting this individual to your safe zone, your taking your first baby step towards self improvement. you are doing something DIFFERENT by having someone come to you, and you do not have to go anywhere outside of your comfort zone. i pray that whoever you invite will look at you with God's eyes, and i garantee they wont see yourself the way you do. and if you have a visitor, you definitely wont feel as alone. you have SELF WORTH. again, welcome. i hope to talk to you in the future. sorry if i didnt help at all. :)

Thanks, you didn't get the whole story. I am also Xenophobic. I don't go out/ no one comes in and telephones rining send me into a panic. I feel just screwed (forgive me).
My husband is on vacation this week, so it wont be so bad, but i know it will just start over when he goes back to work.
